On Xbox One S, so no mods or CC, have all dlc up to date right now, anyway, I take good care of my residential rentals that I made specifically for my Sim self's young adult sons & daughters with their own spouses and kids together, I always call the expensive contractor to help with issues the units have because I'm personally afraid of loading screens considering how prone the game is to crashing when it's trying to force readjust the graphics settings in the background which either continuously makes the graphics crappier each time which I cannot play in and really enjoy playing honestly, when it does that two times or more I save and then reopen the game so the graphics & memory are refreshed, the game takes forever as it is to load back into when relaunching it, anyhow, more often than not when I call the expensive contractor it's always usually successful, both units are always five stars and usually stay that way but somehow they break the lease and then I have to go back into manage worlds to move them back in because I made those units specifically for them to live in, I don't visit the lot quite often because I'm afraid of crashes like I explained earlier, but please fix this bug sometime this year, the sooner the better honestly, thank you!

Is this what you are seeing or just the tenants moving out ?
I'm not sure how much more clearer I can be honestly, since this game is obsessed with everything being randomized it's a random chance that they move out autonomously despite my five star ratings of each unit which I do everything I can to maintain, and more often than not do in fact.

So you didn't have any failed maintenance events that could account for this ?
Can't find any other similar reports here or on AHQ. Not sure what's going on in your game.

Mine personally don't often notify that they failed, but rather succeeded instead, however sometimes I get a notification that they've been unsatisfied for quite some time or whatever and that they vacate the units regardless, I always call the expensive contractor so it'll most likely succeed than fail, because I don't feel comfortable going through loading screens every little while, most simmers just unfortunately don't pay enough attention, I stay home most days with my Nana in real-life, so I've pretty much been forced to study the game personally with all the crashes I've experienced and bugs I've discovered.
