There are a couple elements that are probably related to each other:
When my game prompts the trash overload event in a residential rental, it will not mark as complete even if I clean up every SINGLE piece of trash. It will only mark as complete if I call the trash removal company HOWEVER
It marks as complete, but I never see the person, and the bins stay looking disgusting even if the trash overload is 'complete' or 'fixed'
Sometimes, the trash is in a different apartment (eg balcony) which can be fine if I can manually drag it, but sometimes it seems like its inside, obviously I can't grab it and I don't want to have to change lots to fix this event? I've had to turn off tenant events because it's so annoying.
It's such a problem for neat sims, they're constantly uncomfortable.
