Freezes when trying to go to a lounge or bar lot

Could you please provide the following information

• Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
• Does the game freeze like it's not moving or do you have an endless loading screen ?
• Do you have the same issue on a new save too ?

I do not use mods or CCs. I’m on MAC. It’s frozen on the loading screen.
