Frozen Sims whilst time goes on

I have done all the 'fixes' using the above link. My sims still won't do anything and stand there whilst time moves on. This is all since I have got businesses and hobbies pack. I have tried repairing my game multiple times. I have no Mods or CC before anyone tries to suggest it's that causing the problem.

Build mode works fine - just live mode you can't do anything. It will still queue up the actions but they won't ever drop down and the sim will just stand for hours.

I have also tried two new saves to see if it was the save corrupted but it's not that either. I have also just done the latest update (20.03.2025)

Any help would be great as its been over two weeks since I have been able to actually PLAY my game!

This issue started happening a week ago.
My sims on the lot get stuck and do not do any action while time moves on.
Rest object (debug) hardly works. Pausing and unpausing doesn't work. Going into build mode and then live mode only works once or twice. Pressing windows button and then going back into sims works, but takes a couple of minutes. Going into manage worlds and back takes time.
I literally have to do this once a minute. My game is completely unplayable!
I'm spending at least double the time trying to get my game to work than I am playing.
I have googled and tried EVERYTHING ive seen. I don't know what to do other than give up, uninstall and move on from SIMS.
This issue started happening days after installing new CC and it all working perfectly for days.

PLEASE HELP😭😭
