Each time I go on the gallery, it lets me scroll through a couple of things but then it freezes. It won’t let me close the gallery, it won’t let me interact with my game and it won’t let me exit the game. I also can’t interact with anything else on my laptop when it freezes so I end up having to force restart my entire laptop.

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.I play on an Acer Nitro, so I’m Windows
I tried it without mods and it lets me on the gallery for a wee bit longer but it does still freeze entirely. I’ve also tried repairing the game multiple times but this doesn’t work

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
