I am frustrated. Attempting to download a lot from my personal gallery, I have ALL content installed but I am getting an error message. Message states: "Content not installed: Purchased or other content used in this Gallery item is not installed. If you place it now, you will not see the uninstalled content." No content has been uninstalled. All content are available and active. I need this fixed. Spent a lot of money on this game and all the packs.
Same! I made a Sim with my own packs and no cc and saved her to my Gallery but when I went to load her it said not all content I used is installed but it's all on her
I was having that issue as well, but while working on another issue, I moved my Sims 4 folder, and did a game repair. When I put the folder back, that issue no longer happens.

Really need help...having the same issue with lots disappearing and sim unable to participate in activities on lots. Occurring even with new saves. On PC, no mods.
When was the last time you updated your game? There was a new patch released recently.

How do you move the folder? Just copy it and then delete the original? I'm not too computer savvy.
Same. Brand new game. No mods. All content owned. Have not even entered the world yet. Trying to start the game with Emily Parcel that is made by EA as my character. Ridiculous. Getting so I don't even want to play because I have to repair, reboot, reload, re re re re re....
I am also having this issue. I have a sim I created when Royalty & Legacy came out. I played with her in a new save and tonight tried to add her to my other save, the game crashed.
Having the same issue as of 4/14/26. I own everything and haven’t taken out any custom content but I’m getting this notification on everything I use from my gallery.
