I am frustrated. Attempting to download a lot from my personal gallery, I have ALL content installed but I am getting an error message. Message states: "Content not installed: Purchased or other content used in this Gallery item is not installed. If you place it now, you will not see the uninstalled content." No content has been uninstalled. All content are available and active. I need this fixed. Spent a lot of money on this game and all the packs.
I was having that issue as well, but while working on another issue, I moved my Sims 4 folder, and did a game repair. When I put the folder back, that issue no longer happens.

Really need help...having the same issue with lots disappearing and sim unable to participate in activities on lots. Occurring even with new saves. On PC, no mods.

When was the last time you updated your game? There was a new patch released recently.

crinrict Yes, this is an issue reported in a different bug report. I have spent a lot of money like many other Sim fans on the Sims 4 and all the other Sims games in fact. I have ensured that my PC, OS, and all other recommendations /requirements for smooth game play are in place. However, I am not tech savvy, I am a health care professional, computer/tech language often escapes me. I can understand what needs to be done but sometimes unable to execute it for lack of time. I would like to be able to spend some of my limited free time actually enjoying the game I love to play without this many issues with bugs and game play. I should not be responsible for fixing these errors when I have done my part in ensuring proper system accommodations for play. I am upset and frustrated that I have been trying to play with my Sim and am unable to. EA / Maxis needs to do a whole lot better for their dedicated fans and stop expecting us to fix their issues. I do appreciate your attempt to assist me, the things I have tried have not been effective!

How do you move the folder? Just copy it and then delete the original? I'm not too computer savvy.
