I contacted EA_Solarie early this morning. I had done some testing in hopes to help get this issue solved. I uncovered that there were at least three Expansion packs that are triggering this notification for lots in our library/Gallery. They are Growing Together, Horse Ranch, and For Rent. It took me a while to narrow it down, but those are what triggers it on my end. When I tested the rest of the Game and Stuff Packs and kits, I don't get flagged for missing content. So, if anyone has these packs that could be the cause for the notification flags your are getting.
