[GALLERY] 'Content not installed' warning with all content owned

I was placing a few homes that I built myself into a new save and every single one had the " you don't own all items" pop up when I placed them. I built them. I own all the items. Only use cc, and only CAS cc, no build/buy cc.  houses were placed normally, and as far as I can tell with everything I used. I did not receive the"items removed" dialogue when loading. I also noticed that none of the kits I own are showing as owned since the gallery update. They are not automatically checked like the other packs are. I can check the boxes though because I do own them.
