I have this issue with lots since the recent update. Not with sims yet thankfully.

It happens with or without mods. Happens in old saves & brand new saves.

I've repaired the game. I've repaired the EA App.

I've disabled all packs & this still shows up with the base game.

It happens with a lot with 1 base game items being placed.
