This started happening to me after the March 17th update. I see that I have all packs installed (and these are sims that I made). I can access items from all packs, but it's stating that I don't have content installed. This is happening to me in CAS. I check my sims and they have all their clothes/accessories, so it seems like a bug similar if not the same to the message when placing lots.
As I said, this started happening after the recent update and while I haven't had a chance to see if it's doing this with lots, it is happening when trying to place a household in CAS. I still have access to all packs, but it's giving contradictory messages. I play on PC, no mods/cc and through EA App.
Receiving the same error message. I have no mods and am also playing on PC through the EA app. I have cleared cache and repaired the game multiple times without resolution.
