So I very recently bought and downloaded the rest of the kits and stuff packs I was missing. Now, when I go into the gallery to try to place the houses/apartments from the gallery, a message pops up that says "Purchased or other content used in this gallery item is not installed. If you place it now, you will not see the uninstalled content." when i click the check mark it wont let me place the house/apartment on any lot. I checked and made sure the game was repaired and downloaded, and it is. Is this a me error, or is this something else?
Are you sure you installed the new kits and stuff packs after you bought them? When you opened the game for the first time after having them, did you see the popups like "Welcome to xxx kit" with the welcome messages?
Check EA App and see if they show as installed when you check Manage Add-Ons. Or in the game go to the Marketplace tab > My Collection > Pack Selection to see if they are all active or not.
