Have you tested to see if you only get this message when the gallery item includes a kit item? Wondering if it is just me, I tried all different configurations of packs on gallery builds and only got error if a kit was involved.

I have the same error and it reads "You have all the packs downloaded for this sim/place" whatever. There are no Marketplace items. Unless there are some that secretly have Marketplace Creator Content on them and are not disclosed??? I specifically pick ones without Maker junk bc I don't want it, I won't buy it ever for any reason (ever ever ever) and idk why sims and lots that do not say anything about the Maker Content [EA had the audacity to introduce] and still give me an error.
