I just had this happen to me for the first time today. I am getting this notice when trying to place a home I just made in another save, saved into my library, and am trying to place it, from my library, onto the same lot in another save.
If I approve the message and place it and save and try to re-upload ti to my library it has the same value, so I'm assuming nothing was deleted.
