[GALLERY] 'Content not installed' warning with all content owned

EA Soliare, It is with a very heavy and angry heart to see this has been changed to Verified only for no good to come from it.

Over a hundred and fifty players have voted this is a major problem for our games. Why bother? We voted and the numbers spoke. The problem has been verified and yet several fixes have been issued and this one still remains outstanding and not fixed. Yet, EA feels layering cloths, a new baby item, and focusing on other issues that don't completely break the game is far more important to resolve than helping those who cannot play their games at all. I even sent you a PM with my findings to help things along to resolve this issue and it went completely ignored.

Adding more content will NOT sooth things over. How typical of EA "Sorry to hear your game is completely unplayable... but here... have more items. Very sad and yet very typical. What more do we have to do? Take further action? We have done all we can and we are ignored. Is EA just that uncaring or are they ignorant? 

Many of us cannot play our games at all because of this bug. Now there is a new event happening and many of us will miss out on it because we can't play. This bug is so bad for me I uninstalled my game as a result. Why keep it installed taking up space on my PC if I can't even play it? 

This is shameful and disgusting. I purchased more DLC packs recently too on good faith that EA is trying. Now that good faith is ruined once more. When are they going to fix this verified issue? What more do we have to do? We follow the rules, we do all we can to help and all we get is a slap in the face for our efforts. Very heartbroken... really.
