Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- If you are playing on PC, what security software are you using ?
- I do use mods and cc, but, as I said, I’ve already tested it by starting a brand new game without it, and the problem still persists.
- I play on PC.
- I use Avast, and my EA App and Sims 4 are already on the list of allowed apps.
just wanted to be sure if you're a mod user generally. Thanks for picking the proper tags.
they all load fine for but maybe it's related tot he timeout error. Is it always the same ones that don't load or random ?
Have you done all the suggestions in the gallery connections thread to see if it's something about the connection itself:

I assume you already posted in the correct thread for the timeout issue.
It's random, whenever I search for lots, Sims, tattoos... Everything. And yes, I already have done the suggestions in the thread :(
