My gallery has been like this from the beginning from the year and in between I have reset my pc I have repaired my pc, and I have fixed bugs with my game so I'm assuming this is an online error from...

Having friends titles changed to anonymous has been an issue on the gallery for some time now. It is an annoyance but you could still see what they shared on the gallery. Yesterday I went looking for some sims, one of my friends had shared, only to be met with the message; "This player has not shared any items." I also cannot search their gallery IDs. I can find their name through other content they have shared and I have in my library, but it just leads me back to a blank catalog as well.
This goes beyond just being an annoyance. Most of my friends on the gallery, are actual friends, who I have been playing/sharing sims with for years. I know for a fact that they have content in their catalogs because they have shared this fact on our forum. It would be nice if the gallery worked properly and we could actually see each other again and share our creations.
On PC. Currently on PC with mods installed. Very little CC. All packs installed except the latest on. Most kits owned.
Also checked on PC game that has no mods/cc installed and that was exactly the same. Just for clarity, not that I thought it would be different.
I can confirm that I see the same thing. Not only that, I follow Maxis and they are showing up as one of those that are anonymous.
If I know who it is (like in this case I know it is Maxis), I can still search for them by UserID and see the content, but I can't see it if I go through my following tab. Unfollowing and refollowing doesn't help.
My operating system is Windows 10, and I checked after moving my mods folder out. I have all the packs and kits.
Roseadoodle perhaps you could add some tags to your original post? That might help this get seen.

JenniferMapleSimmer I did have tags but they were removed, when the post was merged with the older report, which does have tags. I would have posted on the old report, but I could not find it. Probably because it was older.
Lets hope it gets some attention. The Gallery is really a mess, especially for those of us with close knit friend groups.
I also see what MapleSimmer is describing for Maxis' 'profile' for followers, and for her profile for followers/catalog area. This is what I see (her profile/pic is the one right under Crinrict's, which also appears to be blank and anonymous):

I'm playing with no mods/cc, on Mac, fully updated, and I have all packs.
Happening to me too. This is very annoying, as I wanted to place a build to play with the new pack and didn't want to build anything. I was having PC issues, so I wasn't able to play the same week it came out, but the gallery was working okay before it came out. But after updating, when my PC was fixed, I ran into the issue. So the bug was definitely caused by the Adventure Awiats update. I already took out all CC and mods, cleared my cache, repaired my game, and the bug is still there
(My laptop charger was broken, so none of my hardware changed, in case anyone thinks that could have caused it.)
