I still have a problem too. And a few people from my environment. Many accounts can't be found by EA ID, I find a building in the gallery, I go to the author's profile, it says no publications. Although I found him literally through a publication. Also, some of the people I follow are displayed as "anonymous" with an empty gallery, although in fact they are players with thousands of followers
