Ideas
I just reinstalled the game and was trying to look through the Maxis catalog and the profile is empty.
I can scroll through and find the Maxis Sims and Lots through the people I follow, but I can't just go to the Maxis profile and scroll through it.
Should add this was on Mac. Maxis was the only profile I follow that was affected.
