My gallery has been like this from the beginning from the year and in between I have reset my pc I have repaired my pc, and I have fixed bugs with my game so I'm assuming this is an online error from...

So I have been getting a lot of simmers telling me they can't see my builds on the gallery or any sims that I have made, and it's more than one simmer telling me this, which is why I'm here looking for answers.

I just want to know how I can help them when they ask me again. They have also told me they took out mods & cc, and the gallery still appears like this for them. I myself have had this issue, but not all the time, only certain simmers galleries appear like this for me too.
Same for me.
I don`t have a hidden profile on my EA account settings and even so I cannot see my own creations on the gallery tho.
