Opening up the gallery, there is nothing in the profiles of people, although I know they have things in them. Example pictures of Maxis' own profile It shows as empty.
I can see things fine when I am just in gallery, it's when I go to people's profiles that there's nothing.
I have no mods or CC. I play Vanilla. I repaired the game.
I am having this issue also, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and some profiles are still coming up empty. The gallery has completely broken for me these last updates.
