I have the Anonymous bug for years. None of the advice has helped so far. I tried everything. Clear the cache, removing the folder, put the privacy settings from EA to "Everyone", repaired the game, start follow and refollow.... None of them worked, I can't follow anyone, because they're shown as Anonymous as soon as I click "Follow", and I have the same problem as those who follow me. Many are displayed as Anonymous, and I can't identify them, let alone remove them my gallery. I have been waiting for years for this to be fixed.
Keris1002 There's nothing you can do. The ones you are seeing as anonymous are all players that have set their privacy setting to not private hence you don't see them. They would need to change their settings.
It's unclear if it's a bug or not at this point but there's def something off as you can still the uploads if you search. They are just hidden from the follower list which isn't logical.
