After the recent Sims 4 update, I am experiencing a serious issue with lots downloaded from the Gallery. When I place a Gallery lot on a world, I cannot delete anything from it. Furniture cannot be removed, and even the bulldozer tool does not work. The entire lot cannot be deleted or cleared at all. This issue did not happen before the update. It occurs even with no mods or CC installed. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

yeah, I can dupe this too.
Need to do further testing though to see if it affects all buildings.
EDIT: It might not be all builds. It seems to spread. So once you got it on one, you need to turn off the game and then it should be fine.
EDIT: How did you place the `first lot that broke ? Through the map ? It seems inconsistent to me
I have had this in the past with a lot. A very popular one on the gallery that had over 2k downloads. Could not delete anything there and then also not other lots either. Exited without saving and then deleted the tray file from the documents folder. Then it was fixed. Seems some older/ very cluttered/maybe built with TooL? are somehow corrupted and then it can spread to other lots too. This was 3 months ago when I was showing the game and gallery from a friend. I usually only upload builds so I don't know how widespread this issue is.
I downloaded the lot to my gallery first, and then I placed it in my game from there.

Do you remember which lot you placed first ? Was it your own ?
I can't dupe it anymore but I can't find the building I first saw it on anymore.
It seems to spread once you have it.

So I did some further testing for this, found a lot that had the issue and for me it only happened when I used resume. When I used load it was fine. The tray file for this lot were only there temporarily for me so when I restarted the game I could bulldoze with no issues.
