[GALLERY] Place button for lots disappears after placing several lots

I play on a windows gaming laptop with direct x 11 and no mods/cc ever and in a recent vanilla game after the most recent update (16/04) I found I can only place up to maybe five lots or houses befor...

Hi crinrict, I don't get any error in game or a last exception/last crash document I can place several lots then when I go to place another one there isn't any button for place lot or place and edit lot. Then if I edit a lot after this has happened I can no longer save it, the icon is there but nothing happens when I click it.
