[GALLERY] Place button for lots disappears after placing several lots

I play on a windows gaming laptop with direct x 11 and no mods/cc ever and in a recent vanilla game after the most recent update (16/04) I found I can only place up to maybe five lots or houses befor...

Morning all,

I am so sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I am at my wits end, I have been trying to build my forever save file but now if I place one lot and go to do another, the lot doesn't open for me to place it down.

I have cleared my cache, removed all my mods, repaired the game, started a new folder and still the issue persists. I have to restart my game each time to place a new lot and with 31 worlds to fill that is a lot of time :(

Does anyone have a solution for this please? ♥

That is exactly it! Though I am lucky if I can place two lol, still the same issue nonetheless :)
