Gallery sims becoming completely different sim

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Did you make the Sim from scratch at the time ?
• At which point does he revert ? When you place them from the gallery into CAS or if you place them into the game after editing there ?

i do use mods/cc, however i tried both with and without mods (as well as batch testing), and i'm still having the same issue. 

the sim i used as the base from the gallery was one i made from scratch myself several months ago. the sim changes as soon as i enter live mode.

Would you mind sharing the name of the Sim ? 

Is this the only Sim you have this issue with ?

The sim's name is Lucille Cendrillon I believe, and yes she is the only one I have trouble with.

She always turns into the same sim, one I previously deleted, named Asterlanya Rosenthal.

She does seem to change for me too. 

Which thumbnails reflect the updated version for you ? The ones in live mode ? They matched the Sim for me.

Unfortunately I don't have time for further testing and since you used a lot of cc on the Sim, it's possible that something is still stuck on here.

There is a known issue where Sims from cupid's corner change but since you said you made her from scratch, it sounds different.

so the version that comes up in cas also comes up in the thumbnails right until i enter live mode, at which point she changes to the other sim in every way.

i heard about cupid's corner - i did wonder that, but i also don't have lovestruck so i'm not sure.

Is this the only Sim you had this with ?

weirdly yes!

i tested it with a couple of other sims and had no issues, but it seems that every sim that was made alongside (or relating to) Asterlanya Rosenthal becomes her for some reason

Ok so I downloaded a sim off the gallery and this sim has dark skin well when my other sim goes to talk to said sim this sim shows up white and kinda glitched with diff hair and shirt (but same colors so I think it’s the same stuff just glitched out)  but the other sim who has light skin is completely fine looks exactly how I made her. And sometimes when I click on the glitched sim he will show up white too in the little corner not on the big part of the screen.  it’s very weird. I’ve tried going to cas, I’ve tried exiting go main menu and going back even resetting object and debugging but it doesn’t seem to work. Anyone else having this issue ???? He even looks fine when I go to CAS

this sim is not in an occult and I got them off the gallery in the same skin tone did not change it. Plus I have no cc or mods installed at all
