Gallery sims becoming completely different sim

Is it just this particular Sim ? Did you get it through Cupid's Gallery or normal gallery ?

When i take one of my sims from my gallery which is a human change it clothes and stuff and all the other stuff and then when I go to load up in world and pick a home to live in when it load up at the lot I pick the sim has changed to a fairy and everything else has changed too hair and clothes and other stuff when I then go to create a sim to try and change it back it won't let me as I can't remove the wings cuz it show the sim is human I have tried restart the game and Xbox I have uninstalled the game and all the packs and still nothing also tried my xbox account on someone else xbox and still did the same thing never had trouble with the game before please help me fix this as I have spent a lot of money on this game it also help me with my mental health and autism but ant the min I can't create a new sim at all cos everytime I do there clothes and everything changes and wings get add and then I can't take them off cuz the new sim is show up as human please help me fix this i have add the pictures so you can see the one with the wings it what i keep getting everytime i make a new sim up

Does this only happen with this one gallery Sim or also if you start a new one from scratch ?

Is the Sim in the gallery or your personal library ?

Ok, I have a bit of a weird one ...

I always play without any mods or cc and have all packs and kits downloaded and installed.

I wanted to start a new game with the Making a Splash household from the gallery. It's a Maxis created household and you can find it here: https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/DB9F4EC8983E11E98AFB60CCA9235FE7

The bug I'm experiencing has to do with this character:

I really like her, she's super cute, but when I went to put in a few other households to the game, I noticed that her appearance had changed to this:

So I replaced the whole household with the original from Maxis again, saved again, went to move other households in again, and ... she changed again:

What's going on here???

As I saw other people mention that this happened for Sims with darker skin tones with them as well: Is maybe a specific skin tone acting up?
