I'm on the latest patch but already since the Patch before the current one I'm getting lastUIExceptions when opening lots on the Gallery, when I'm starting the game in offline mode. This is happening...

this happens a lot for me. BE will say it's my UI mods but i've updated them i'm sure. I've tested with no mods; literally removed the whole folder. of course BE doesn't "happen" but if i click the same lot that triggered it with mods, it will show the same blank UI and leave the gallery broken.
i thought it was because I was missing packs, but even basegame lots can have this issue. i do think if i'm online, it happens less... but it still happens nonetheless
edit: i'm glad more are reporting this. i wanna say its been really bad ever since the "gallery fix" around the march update
