Game crashing

I play on PC, I do have mods and CC however, I have gone through the outdated ones and deleted them and the issue is still occurring however not as frequent.

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

I am having this issue as well. I'm playing on a Mac and I do have mods/cc but I've tried removing them and clearing the cash and it still will randomly crash the game out without saving since I downloaded the enchanted nature pack. Also when I try to repair the game it pops up with a notice saying I don't own that content, which I do.

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing ?
