Whenever I get my sim to travel into community lots (eg: San Myshuno Park) or to my store in Magnolia Promenade, 100% of the time my game freezes after the loading screen. I can hear the game sound in the background but nothing can be interacted with. The zoom/rotate doesn't move at all. I cannot even click the menu to try to exit/save the game. I checked the game without mods or cc and the issue persists. I even uninstalled the game and redownloaded it, just to find the problem STILL EXISTS (NO CC OR MODS OR PREVIOUS SAVES). I am beyond confused at this point and dunno what to do. Honestly, its heartbreaking because I love the game so much but this issue just doesn't go away. I still use the same laptop Macbook Air with macOS Monterey ver 12.5.1. It never gave me issues before. Please please help.
PS: Yes the issue persists even after lowering graphic settings.
