I deleted localthumbcache, but it didn't help. I have the same problem on other saves, with or without mods.
nisterry that is from a modded game. Please all crash and exception files, move your mods folder to the desktop, then delete the cache file and test again.
I am having this same issue with and without mods. I have tried it with the base game, wedding stories and with mods. I have even tried to marry them in CAS and by chatting spouse through UI cheats and every time it freezes the game.
