Game freezes when getting married

My game freezes when my sims are trying to get married. This started happening after the February 3rd update. It happens both when trying to get married at the arch and by eloping. I get the pop up s...

Of course:)

I deleted localthumbcache, but it didn't help. I have the same problem on other saves, with or without mods.
