I've started having this issue in the last month or so as well.

no, this is still an open issue. They just fixed the excessive dancing. Is that what you are seeing ?
Also merged this with the existing thread on the issue. Everyone that voted should re-vote.

this was supposed to be fixed in the patch but it still persists where there is any stereo. I have this problem too

I AM SOOOO HAPPY YOU REPORTED THIS ‼️🎉👏🎉👍
My first "dance-virus-victim" was a toddler , fortunately she lost that as she got older... now her Sim-son shows this symptoms , right after he aged from toddler to kid !
Now i am forced to play without any ‘sound-system‘ ... my Sims wanted to dance way too much anyway .
Never had this before / playing seriesX

One of my Sims had this happen in their queue while at a club event. It was spamming so fast the action image couldn't populate. It stopped on its own after about two minutes.

I have been having the same problem. I also have been having issues with CAS not letting me scroll or edit my sim. The whole update bugged out the game and it’s getting a little frustrating. I came here to post it on the forum as well. 🥲

Since the new update I’ve had an issue where my sim queue gets completely filled with the dance action and will fill it up again even if I delete it. I have to turn off all the radios to get them to stop.

This happens to me sometimes, usually queues a lot of dancing.

So basically the title.
I play on PS5 therefor I do not have any custom content or mods downloaded, have almost all of the pack DLC, a handful of kits, and no marketplace items in my gameAfter the May 12th update, I booted up my backup file for my save and got maybe 30 mins into it when I sent my child sim to play on the local playground in Del Sol Valley. While she walked across the street she auto generated going to dance (somewhere?). Except it wasn’t one task, it wasn’t like it regenerated after I cancelled it. It just kept infinitely insisting she wanted to dance while she still walked to the playground.
I’ve attached an in game screen recording. - isSparkie14 days agoNew Spectator
