Game Is Spamming Autonomous empty task bubbles

Could you please provide the following information

• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Is there any pattern on what interaction could spawn like that (there's a few known ones) or is that just random ? Like is the situation similar to the one you described or does that not matter ?

I play on pc. No, there’s no pattern of what interactions. My child sim was sitting in a chair, and then it just randomly happened where the task bar expanded and the game froze. It’s happened other times in the past in similar ways where my sim is just doing something and then they all freeze with the task bar expanding. 

I am not sure if this is the same issue. Since the 23 March 2026 Hot Fix,  my toddler Sim repeatedly queues the same interaction endlessly. It fills the left side of my screen and keeps on scrolling. I tried to create a new bug report.  Should I post my report here?

Apologies for the poor quality videos, I was taking this to send to a friend who then told me I should report as a bug. I play base game, no mods/cc, and very limited packs. I took this video immediately after logging in, I hadn’t even told my sim to do any thing yet. 

I'm experiencing the same issue with the task queue spamming up seemingly infinite tasks, sometimes it's the same task over and over like trying to chat to someone. It seems like it's happening when my sim is sitting in a chair(Arrrmed Dining Chair) fitted to a desk(WOODen desk classical) with a pc(All-in-One Powerfull PC). I don't yet know if it's the specefic furniture or something, but very often the task spam prevent the sim from doing anything untill I save and reload.

Trying to add tasks manually when it's happening does seem to place the manual tasks ahead of the autonomously generated task spam, but the sim doesn't do them and the manual tasks, aswell as the autonomous generated tasks, cannot be canceled.
