I am experiencing the same issue where my Sim becomes stuck when interacting with a computer. After sitting down, my sim gets stuck then the action queue begins fluctuating before eventually filling up entirely with seemingly infinite Chat With interactions. It seems to be exclusive to computer use, I've tried changing the computer and even the desk and chair but no luck. I have no mods and have also tried completely reinstalling the game but again no luck. I have a video attached to show this issue as well as my dxdiag.
