Game not launching

As of the update on May 12th my game officially will not launch it goes to a black screen and then just dies and then it gives me an error code and I can't even get into my game which really sucks cuz I love the Sims and now I can't even play it

    And for the record I am not using mods I actually deleted all my mods before I updated the game

    Please try the clean folder approach described here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428 

    If the game continues to give issues, please proivide the following information: 

    • The Error Code you're getting 
    • What platform are you playing on ?
    • Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
      • Delete the ones you have
      • Trigger the error again
      • Check if new ones are created
      • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

     

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
