I'm having this problem too, my teen has the tick to get promoted and is acting level 7+, I was able to level them to the top of scouts (seasons) when they were a child.
I'm not trying to be disrespectful but guys this has been happening for 8 months now? I've payed money for get famous, and I cant get promoted and finish my super sim challenge.
I have no mods in my game, not even cc
