Celebrities who are level 3 and above appear too much on community lots and the surrounding neighborhood areas. Celebrities who are Level 1 & 2 hardly ever appear on community lots and surrounding areas. I find it annoying that level 3 and above celebrities appear on every community lot. This should be toned way down. Celebrities who are level 1 & 2 should be more visible in the public than celebrities who are 3 stars and above. There seems to be a bug where some celebrities appear around the world while others do not.
