[GF] Sims Sit on Ground/stand around at Starlight Accolades

This is quite an old but annoying bug that has been happening for years, I no longer send my sims to the awards ceremony unless they need an award as part of their aspiration because it's so frustrating. The host stands around doing nothing and the sims are all constantly playing musical chairs so even if my sim is up for an award so much time is wasted they often go home with out it which is really annoying. 

I play on a windows laptop, all expansions/kits etc, patched to latest update with zero mods or cc ever. 

I've had this exact issue. They go to the awards ceremony that says in invite they won a reward and when I attend they don't receive an award or stand around just watching the ceremony. No cc No mods ever. Mac user

No,  I don't use mods in my game.

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Hello, I'm reporting a bug regarding The Starlight Accolades. During the gala, the Sim hosting the event stands still for most of the time, not approaching the microphone. Sometimes, only two awards are given out during the gala because the Sim hosting the event decides to stand still for three hours. Please look into this bug. This bug always appears in every world I play as a celebrity.

This case is deeper (on the picture) and not connected to the starlight event itself.

It is on the platform, so it's technically another room, so they can't watch it on chairs (in counts as watching through the wall basically). The game is confused and they just do what they do. I have this in all the cinematheaters, music festival buildings etc. 

So WORKAROUND is to remove platforms from the stage.

This has been a staple of the Starlight Accolades for a few years now. The same issue happens on PlayStation 4/5, so it’s unrelated to mods. 

I would bet it is related to the Musical Chairs issue, though — Sims can’t seem to stay seated during interactions that by no means require them to stand up. 

Eating. Picking up a drink. Having a conversation. Watching a movie. Watching the Accolades. Everything seems to make Sims autonomously stand up and find somewhere else to sit — or never sit back down, for that matter. 

They're honestly all over the place. They'll stand up sometimes, sit in a chair, but mostly prefer to sitting on the ground.
