Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
I have not done this now but at the beginning of the year I played the sims 4 with al packs and no mods and cc just the vanilla game and it still happened about 3 or 4 years ago the same, so I know it's not the mods or anything new to
