I have no events running currently and got rid of all the gnomes present on lot. Am still hearing Gnome Appearing and Disappearing 'whoosh' sound when there are no visible or available event gnomes ...

since you choose graphics and UI for your bug report, is there something visible still or is it just about the sound ?
just the sound , the visual wiggle was resolved with the recent patch but they're still making a whoosh sound and they're not appearing or re appearing because no event or enchantments are happening.
