Dead sims can't die, because the grim is freezed, every other sim is allright, goes to work, sometimes look the dying sim, but they can't plead, because the reaper is not moving, the dead sim is on the floor, just like it has to be, when reaper comes, but nothing happens. I couldn't save the game either. It happens all the time, when a sim dies, doesn't matter where it dies. Please help

So you didn't see this with any other household/Sim ? Just that particular one ? It can be a space issue or something else blocking the reaper. Best workaround is probably just let the Sim die while playing another lot and see if you have issues again with other Sims.
The issue with this is, that this happens occasionally and has since the game came out. Here's the current thread on it in the archive that's still open: [NEEDS SAVES] Grim reaper wont collect the dead, household stuck | EA Forums - 11150042
It can only really be looked into on a save game basis but since you're on XBox, you can't share yours.

Last worked: enabled cheat, reset my deceased sim. The reaper stayed, but i can now save. After closed my game, and returned to play, the reaper wasn't stuck anymore, and later gone. But now i don't see where the tombstone is...

Every time a sim dies, Grim reaps them and then seems to be stuck, unable to move on my lot. I've tried adding him to my household and then removing him, moving my home lot entirely, and killing other sims to see if that will make him leave, but he remains stuck. He left at some point becuase my sim went on a blind date, but with the next death was stuck again.

This is happening to me, too. Every time a Sim dies, but it leaves properly when goats/sheep die. I don't know if it's related to another bug, but when I try to go to another lot to reset the lot, Grim is still stuck, but he's half in his street clothes. His robe is gone, but he still has his hood and gloves.
I do use mods.

I have a character dying. Grimm showed up, but stood around for 3 days. Meanwhile, the rest of the household is in utter chaos with unsatisfied babies that nobody will take care of, characters standing around or not doing what is directed, and no one is sleeping, eating or using the bathroom on their own. I have restarted it four times, because it won't let me save during a death. Think I'll back away from the game until all the update bugs are fixed. I see a lot of issues others are having. I'm sure EA is aware and trying to fix.
Thank you

IMPORTANT: I do not have Life and Death EP. I do not have mods, I do not use CC. I am a vanilla sims legacy player. All of these issues have started within the last month of gameplay.
It started out not being something I paid attention to... A townie died on my lot and the "Become a playable ghost/become a free roaming ghost" popped up. Because they weren't part of my family I picked the latter. Their gravestone didn't appear on the lot, but I figured I was just because they weren't in my family. (even though in the past I had townie graves pop up in other save files.) I just brushed it off.
Until it happened again with another townie, but this time the grim reaper did not move when he appeared on the lot. He didn't do his action, and the body stayed on the floor for SEVERAL minutes. I debug cheated the reaper and the selection menu appeared. This time I chose "become playable ghost" just to see what would happen... the gravestone appeared in the sim's inventory.
Then two of MY sims died. The Grim Reaper did not move, and the body stayed on the floor. I debug cheated the body this time, and the selection menu appeared. I didn't think about the last time, because at this point I hadn't realized the connection between all the situations, so I chose "become free roaming ghost." The body disappeared, but the gravestone didn't appear on the lot or in my family inventory. I didn't have time to think about its before the next elder sim in my house died one sim day later. This time, I chose "become playable ghost" but the sim did not enter my household, and the gravestone did not appear in my inventory.
I exited the lot without saving, came back, and the second elder sim was still alive. She was still ready to die, and this time I chose "become free roaming ghost." The same result. Now, the first elder who died appeared as a ghost in the sim relationship panel of his children. His ghost has not been roaming the lot as happens upon most sims deaths. The mother still appears as a human in the sim relationship panel, but there are no interactions to invite to lot, as like what happens when the ghost is in the panel. Her grave is not present, she's not in the family, and I have not see her ghost roaming around the house.
I am frustrated because these sims are members of my legacy family, and I'm concerned what it will mean for my family tree. Will these sims stay in the tree if their ghosts didn't ever appear in the world? I can't put their graves in the cemetery, so family members can't grieve, strengthen connection, etc. If this is going to be a recurring problem with my legacy I'm not inclined to continue playing. I don't want to lose the digital memory of these sims...That's the way I play the game! To build families and watch the generations in different scenarios. This series of glitches really has ruined gameplay for me.
