[GRO] Achieved milestones reset after reloading game/Can't achieve again

Hello, 

Upon my most recent playthrough, my infant sim had reached the reach, grab, both roll over milestones, and the sit up milestone. I saved and exited, and then when I reopened my game this morning, my infant sim could sit up but could no longer roll over to tummy, or grab. The infant also no longer reaches new milestones, so no matter how much tummy time I give him, he wont roll over to tummy, and no matter how much he plays on the playmat, he cannot grab. He has also been stuck reaching the "babble" milestone, and has to be reset every time. This is after the 05/12/26 update, and is on PC.
