Hello, tried to see if this issue had been reported and I saw something similar in the archives but looks like it was never actually addressed.
My sim got the "creative fog" moodlet randomly, while...

to Fixed
Sleep will now reduce the duration of the "Mental Fog" buff (as well as all other dazed moodlets). The "Mental Fog" Buff description has also been updated to say, "[SimName] is starting to feel woozy from his/her/their mental load. Maybe [he/she/they] should get a good night's sleep before things get worse."
Fixed in Patch 1.125.59/2.35
