The Sim that was called is a teen. The person making the call is there Mother who is a neighbor in the same neighborhood. This Mother had another kid with the Teens in questions parent who is living with the teen. If logic dictates, then in theory the parent who lives with the teen being called would ask the mother in the picture. Tho being the sims that not how it works and, I get that. Just a reverse call situation on the wrong Sim in the household, I guess. My response was to decline and move on.
