[GRO] [SNK] LE: developmental_milestone_tracker.py/Endless loading

ProductThe Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every Time
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Place the new playmat from the Storybook Nursery Kit 2. Have a baby reach a milestone 3. Disable/Uninstall the nursery kit
What happens when the bug occurs? After uninstalling the pack, the household with the infant that got the milestone results in endless loading and gives a LastException
What do you expect to see? Being able to load into the household despite removing the pack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? This issue has been in the game a while now but has only affected CC playmats cause you couldn't remove the GRO one without also removing the milestones. With the storybook nursery kit it's now an official game bug.

Removing the playmat from the game causes this issue. Before it only affected CC playmats.

LE attached.

There's a mod here that can solve the issue: File 2: CC/Mod Object Fix

The CC Thread can be found here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/CC-and-Milestones-error-code-110-578ef827-Stuck-On-Loading/td-p/13537509/

I am confused.  And I know your super busy!  Please, if you will, help me understand this.   You wrote "you seem to have an issue with a milestone that was on a cc that you removed from the game."   The item in question was the placemat from the Storybrook Nursery kit. or not???

Which then my mind is questioning if the items in the Storybrook Nursery kit are actually cc or is it that the game identifies it as cc?  or either?   I don't have the kit yet.

I no longer get any packs until I know what bugs are in them and if I want to deal with that issue(s) or not.  I never used nor ever will use cc or mod so I am confused greatly by what I am reading here....   I have spent, now many hours just reading all (and I do mean all and I am not done) the bugs on your (read first list, which I go through monthly) so the likes will disappear when I start looking them over again in the future as I use those to keep track of what I have read already.  I do thank you for your help!!
