[GT] DJ at the Bluff do nothing

It seems something happened to cause the DJ to not perform when I hold dance parties at the secret lots in Windinburg ( Ruins, Bluffs and Chalet). The DJ will show up but refuses to go to the DJ booth and I can't even select the booth itself to either play the stereo or hire a DJ. On PS4 so no mods are responsible for this.
