[GTW] [BH] Refrigerated displays only count as selling surfaces

Playing on Mac in a mod free save - 

I tested a household with all 4 refrigerated displays (two from GTW, one from BH, one from the early purchase bonus for BH) and Sims cannot autonomously grab food from them, though they will if directly told to do so. The "Call to Meal" interaction is available on plates in all the displays, but when used only brings all the Sims to stand in front of the case - they don't grab plates, nor do they give any indication of a pathing error. They just act like all they were asked to do was a "go here" in front of the case.

Note here my Sim is starving, but since I've removed the fridge and oven and placed food in the display cases instead, she's ready to starve rather than take food out of any of them. 

I haven't given her any direction for several sim hours, and she takes care of all her other needs decently, and even made some attempts to take care of & teach the kids.

Meanwhile, here's the result of a "Call to Meal" command - everyone walks over, but no one eats.
