The ability to interrogate a suspect just arrested in the detective career will not queue up. I tried twice. The option does appear on the table, it just won't queue.

Using an unmodified interrogation table, I cannot interrogate suspects. The action does not appear in the queue for any detective sim, regardless of rank and type of crime. Replacing table does not resolve bug.

Hello! I did modify the police station. I'm building in a clean save, originally from https://www.tumblr.com/srslysims/189071273657/srslysims-srslys-blank-save-all-worlds. It's brand new everything I've built there.
I've been testing the lot before adding the last bits of decoration, and this is the hangnail of the whole operation, the interrogation table. I have a 6x7 room with nothing else in it but the table and two chairs from GTW at the table.
Also, yes! I have two detectives I've been testing the lot with. One I was determined to use the abrasive type interactions with, the other the normalish type of interactions. Neither can use the table for their respective suspects.
I've also tested it in a mod-free save. I guess I could try to test a plain vanilla world too
okay for some reason it has to be this particular swatch and not the first swatch in the list. it can't be the others. that’s strange
yeah, that's a known bug. Somehow I thought that you meant you are using the default swatch when you said unmodified but I guess you were talking about a CC one ?

I think you understood perfectly what I meant actually! I knew that recolored tables were a problem (nocc!), so i just plopped down the table without choosing a swatch. apparently this is the problem though? if you look at the picture i attached earlier, the selected swatch in green is the one that allowed me to use the table, and the first swatch/default swatch does not work for some reason. i don't really understand how that would happen, tuning-wise?
the way i came across this is that i built a basement room, and put down a table for each swatch with chairs. this selected swatch is the one that worked.
