Finally found the workaround, once diagnosed, you have to reset object on the bed until the patient is standing, then when I clicked treat and whatever option it works🤦🏾♀️
Doesn't work for me, you have to admit them back onto the bed to be able to have the option to treat them, and it STILL doesn't work when I try to treat them :( My patient was a child sim so idk
